The automatic liquid filling machine uses an electric control cylinder for filling and fills the container to the left side of the machine. The conveyor belt and the conveyor chain plate bring the bottles to the initial position. The positioning cylinder positions the containers for filling and irrigation. Loading and filling times are arranged in an orderly manner. Once filled, the bottles or liquid containers are moved along the conveyor belt to the right and the work cycle is completed.
The transport system consists of a motor, a chain plate, a pad, a sprocket and other components. The sprocket wheel is made of hard nylon, with a reasonable structure. It is lightweight and durable with excellent performance over time. The overall structure is built with "304" stainless steel 1.5 mm thick. Liquid Filling System
The working principle of the automatic inline filling machine is to complete the filling process by the back and forth movement of the main cylinder piston. On moving backwards the cylinder pulls the piston with it, the discharge check valve is closed, the feed check valve opens, and the front chamber of the material cylinder generates negative pressure. The material in the feeding barrel is pressed into the feeding pipe by the atmospheric pressure and enters the cylinder body through a feeding check valve. When the cylinder moves forward, it, in turn, pushes the piston forward, the feed check valve closes, the discharge check valve opens, and the piston squeezes the material into the delivery pipe. The material enters the delivery pipe through the discharge check valve in the discharge joint. Finally, it enters the empty bottle to be filled through the filling head to complete the filling operation. The piston-cylinder dynamic makes each filling is a mechanical, and simple to understand and to manage action, and results in very high filling accuracy and stability.
